One cat wins. The winner is derived from the claim transaction's hash, so nobody - not even the machine - can choose it. Recompute it yourself from the barcode on any draw.

90% of the claimed SOL market-buys the winning cat coin on the spot. The rest keeps the machine fueled with gas.
